- Approval of the minutes from Wednesday 12th November 2025:
It was RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 12th November 2025, be approved for signing as a true and accurate record.
- Planning Matters from East Lindsey District Council
- Application reference 03831/25/FUL - LOCATION: Riverside Cottage, Lymn Cottage, Monksthorpe Lane, Great Steeping, Lincolnshire, PE23 5PW. It was RESOLVED: that this is not in our area. Clerk to send email to let them know this is out of our area.
- Highways:
- Thorpe Culvert Railway Crossing crossed Sunday 8th February 2026. Diversion down Harrisons lane.
- There has been some fly tipping recently. Everyone to keep reporting on Fix my Street.
- Clerk’s Report:
- Precept was accepted so Parish Council will have this by 6th April 2026.

- Approval payments
It was Resolved: That Council approve the following payment of accounts.
- Laura Willoughby – Clerk Salary - £150.00
- Thorpe Fendyke Methodist Chapel – Room Hire – £30
- Lalc annual membership - £169.70
- River Steeping:
Nothing really to report. They have done the overtopping area now. Councillors had a discussion on the river steeping. Sandbags are currently stored at the Clerk’s property.
