You are hereby summoned to attend the parish council meeting of Thorpe St Peter Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2026 commencing at 7.30 pm in the School Room, Thorpe Fendyke Methodist Chapel.  The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apology.

There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7.30pm and 7.45pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

  1. Elect a Chair and Vice Chair

a. Appointment of Chairman - to receive nominations for the position of Chair and resolve to appoint to the position followed by signing of declaration of Acceptance of Office as Chair and Councillor

b. Appointment of Vice Chairman – to receive nominations for the position of Vice Chair and resolve to appoint to the position.

  1. To note any apologies and accept valid reasons for absence.

  3. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting that was held on 4th February 2026
  4. To receive any updates from the previous meeting
  5. Planning from ELDC
  1. To consider planning applications validated since the last meeting of the council.
  2. To note planning decisions received since the last meeting of the council.
  1. Receive and comment on any Highways Issues
  2. To receive Clerk report on correspondence received and consider any recommendations.
  3. Finance
  1. Financial Report for 2025/2026 and sign AGAR form
  2. To review and consider payment of accounts.
